So important Mo. Achievement is a neverending chase. It comes with grasping. The moment we achieve something we are afraid of not being able to keep it up, we are afraid of losing it, we need to do more and bigger. This cannot possibly lead to joy. Joy is a soft, gentle release. An allowing. It is creative and loving. It has no expectations than being in love and feeling connected. I have achieved some things in my life that would be considered impressive. But the only achievement - the one that has brought lasting joy and inner peace is the decision to love my life as is always. It takes daily practice, but I do believe that I have this now - I believe that it is something that I can hold onto and embrace because it comes with no expectations. And these reminders help. They bring us back to what matters. Thank you. xo ps I sent you an email a few days ago. Let me know if you received it. 🙏

The ego can be very deceptive… what it desires most is not what we need. The deep, internal, soulful, meaningful stuff is always there underneath the ego’s cries for recognition.
